The Tafila project, the region’s first utility scale wind farm, has been awarded Middle Eastern Renewables Deal of the Year 2013 by Project Finance Magazine, at a ceremony held at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai on Wednesday 5th March 2014.

The award was received by representatives of the Sponsor consortium, InfraMed, EPGE and Masdar, accompanied by the project’s lenders and advisors. InfraMed was represented by Gary Neville and Marian Bocek.

Construction has already commenced on site and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2015.
